SUPPORT TOOLS
NTCL Soft Support Tools is a free utility suite designed to assist users in maintaining and supporting NTCL Soft applications.
The tools focus on common post-installation and troubleshooting tasks, such as cleaning leftover registry keys and files after uninstall, managing offline license files, installing custom certificates, and other support-related operations.
The suite also includes a convenient batch file renaming tool powered by Microsoft® Excel®. By taking advantage of Excel’s formulas, sorting, filtering, and AutoFill features, users can easily prepare and review file names before renaming, with a one-time undo option available for safety. This tool can also be used independently for general file management tasks.

Since Civil 3D 2024, people suddenly found that custom Sub assemblies saved by Sub Assembly Composer (SAC) 2024 are not backward compatible with SAC 2023, 2022 or lower.
Civil 3D SubAssembly Composer (SAC) 2025 continues to break the backward compatible with SAC 2024. People will receive an error message: "Unknown version: ForVail" if trying to open a 2025 .pkt file in SAC 2024.
The PKT file compatibility broken since SAC 2024, SAC 2025 is NOT explicitly announced by Autodesk. The situation may be annoying when someone has accidentally upgraded old PKT file without backup and now have to recreate it in SAC 2022.
*
This tool will help you batch downgrade your pkt files from 2024 (or above) to 2022 version at a click.
Original pkt files are kept untouched. New downgraded files are saved to the same folder of source files.
