App(s) cannot connect with Microsoft® Excel®

NTCL Soft's Apps can work with offline versions of Microsoft® Excel® both 32-bit and 64-bit, including Excel 365 Click-To-Run version.  However, in some case, App(s) can't open Excel® application.

Symptom:  

Excel is not opened at the time NTCL Soft's App open

User may see a message "NTCL Error  Cannot Open Microsoft® Excel®"

Cause:

Exact reason are still unknown. A certain Office update(s) or installation may lead to this error

Solution:

Do a "Quick Repair" action for Microsoft® Office® 365 will safely resolve the bug.

Notes:

In case error occurs again, another "Quick Repair" action is necessary.
